      one issue. You need to be clear that this is not a blouse but a jacket. I thought it was one piece with a short sleeved blouse under & attached. I was surprised when it arrived with nothing to wear under it. It is very pretty and I really like it but it is not a blouse.

          I am so excited to have been able to purchase this top. I meant to get it last season, and waited too long and it sold out.
