I used the size guide and it was way too big and the lining made too much noise. If it wasn't for the noise, I'd exchange it for the smaller size but I'm just returning it.

I got my coat today and I just love it! The linning does crinkle and makes a noise but nothing terrible...feels great on and warm and the fabric is so soft like a blanket. The design is pretty and very attractive with jeans or dress up clothing. Fits true to size as well. I got a large 18-20 size and it fits like a glove .... very happy with coat.

The elastic loop that the button attaches to broke the first time I wore the coat. So I cut the loops off and used a box cutter to make slits and hand sewed around the slits to make button holes. They are much more secure than the loops and work perfectly! I may even make a third button hole further down and utilize the extra button that comes with the coat. It's perfect now!

I just could not get over the crunchy lining in this coat, although it is a beautiful material I am going to return. I wish they would have used a nicer material for the lining I would have liked to keep this coat, but it is going back

I love this coat, but I had to exchange it for a smaller size. I usually get a size larger in coats and did so with this one. Well that was a mistake on my part, it was to big. I am waiting on the smaller size. Can't wait to get it as I love the coat.

I think very highly of the coat that I purchased. What I did not like was the company because the number that appears on the website is a bank telephone number. A bank employee had to give me the correct number. After calling the company, I could not receive any tracking information about the package and finally after calling to cancel the order, an operator told me that the coat had been shipped. Other than that, I am satisfied with the purchase.

I would recommend this company to a friend; however, I would include a warning about the difficulty with shipping and tracking of the order.

Keeps me snug at 25 deg F. Hood is generously sized, but not so big as to gap. The lining makes a crinkling sound until it warms up, but that's not a deterrant. The front overlaps far enough to keep out the mountain wind. The sleeves are long enough to tuck my hands into from opposite sides. I like it that way. The sleeves are also wide enough to layer a sweater without bindng. I love this coat!

This coat is better than the other coat I ordered, because it is shorter in length. However, I will have to take it to a seamstress to have the sleeves shortened, they too are too long. I also wish it had more buttons down the front instead of just two at the top. I will ask the seamstress to add some more buttons.
