I do like the the length of the coat but the sleeves could be a little longer. It is very warm and comfortable. The snow and rain beads of the coat nicely.

This is a well-made, attractive coat, versatile w/pull-out liner you can wear as a vest. The major defect is the sizing in a Medium range supposed to fit both 14W and 16W sizes. IT DOESN'T WORK; a little large but probably still suitable for the 14W but too small and too tight for the 16W.

It's hard to buy from a catalog, or online: the models, the lighting--all is done so perfectly you imagine you too could look like this. But in real life, I felt bulky in this coat, roly-poly, the fit seemed sloppy. I didn't like the empire waistband around the back and the sleeves were too short. The other problem with the sleeves is that they aren't lined--they're light-raincoat weight, so when I stepped outside in the coat I felt chilly. (Granted, this is New England.) The coat overall was okay, I've rated it a 3 and it might be good for some, but I found it ill-fitting, and something about the design made this 60-year-old feel like I was trying to look 30. Oh well, try again.

I ordered this coat expecting it to be a heaver coat that I could ware every day and was a little disapointed. I also feel that the sleves need to be about 2 inches longer. However, I do like the coat and am overjoyed that it is water resistant so I will keep it and get a heaver coat at a latter date.

The coat is very versatile as it can be worn several different ways. I feel the sizing runs a little small compared to other items I purchase in the same size.
