        If a blouse is full, I always buy a size smaller than I wear which is more flattering. This blouse was too long for my taste, so I cut off about 5", hemmed it, and wear as a scarf. I left the "under-blouse" the same length that it came with so it peeks out from under the blouse for a nice "layer-look". I love it! May I also mention that this "under-blouse" is the first one that fit "width-wise" but i did take the straps up to suit myself, as I have small shoulders. The style and color are supurb! It has far exceeded my expectations.
