I needed high-heeled dressy-looking boots to wear with skirts in cold weather, but without too high a heel. These fit the bill and turned out to be quite comfortable.

The only negative is that there are decorative bows at the top that make it impossible to wear under pants (and how many of us who need wide-calf boots are going to be able to tuck our pants into boots?) and lumpy-looking with longer skirts. Fortunately, the bows were merely tacked on, and not an integral part of the boot seams, so a little work with a sharp scissors solved the problem.

I wear these boots for dress and casual. they look good either way. wish it was real leather.

I love the style, fit, and overall look of this boot. It has been hard for me to find boots that fit my calves, and these are perfect. I love the fact that you can pull them to the top of the calve or scrunch down for a different look. Thought maybe they would be too high on the calf, but they are perfect, especially for those longer skirts that have the slits in the back. Can't wait to order another pair in a diffent color.

these boots are so awesome in the way they look and feel. i am having to learn to walk in 2" heals because i am used to flats, but i am up for the challenge because these boots are worth it. they are wide enough for my feet and wide enough at the calf, but not so wide that the fall down. for me, they are just right.

Boots are great since I finally got them. I have ordered many things from Woman Within and most of them are put on back order, then put further back. It would be helpful if they are out of stock take them off the web site until they are available.

These boots look great! The shoe part is very comfy and looks very stylish(and sexy!) without a high heel. Most everyone thought they were real leather. They only complaint I have is that there is elastic on the top of the boot (to hold them up I guess) and that elastic hurts your calf a bit. I am hoping that after wearing them for a while that will stretch out some and not feel so uncomfortable around my calf. Otherwise, it's a great boot!

These boots were very pretty, but the calf should have more fabric for a wide calf boot.
Since it was gathered with elastic at top, I didn't understand why it didn't have more fabric & give to accomodate different calf sizes.
Also - for ease of wearing, zippers would be great on the inside
