                According to the information on this site I need a medium. I ordered a medium. It was very hard to get on. Afraid I will wear out the elasticity having to stertch it so much.
                Disapointed that band is not as wide as the one pictured and starts to curl up after a couple of hours. It was comfortable enough that I am going to try again. I hope a large will peform better.
