      I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WITH HOW CUTE THESE BOOTS ARE. THEY LOOK LIKE PATENT LEATHER IN THE BLACK. I ORDERED THEM BECAUSE OF THE WIDE CALF AND FULL ZIP. IT MAKES IT SO MUCH EASIER TO PUT ON,ALTHOUGH THE WIDE CALF ISN'T AS

        I feel as though this boots were designed especially for me. I am a plus-sized woman and there are not many boots designed for large calf women. When I originally ordered these boots, I was not sure whether or not I would be able to wear them. Much to my surprise, the boots fitted and were very comfortable. Although I ordered them a little too large, the style and comfort override the slight mistake.

              I love that this boot comes in a wide calf, however, I hate that it's slouchy around the ankle- could be me, perhaps my ankles are slimmer than I thought. I ordered these boots in Congnac, nice rich color, the wedge is great but the little loop is annoying at first but may get better with more wear. If you have really thick calves and ankles this boot will be perfect for you.
