The only thing I can say is "YES, FINALLY" a bra that fits. I wear F cup size and it is hard to find a good fit. A posture bra for me relieves the neck and shoulder pain. It does take a couple of days to get used to a larger area being covered but is comfortable at the same time. A posture bra was recommended by my chiro and Neuro surgeon. Not a medical claim!!! Just found relief for my situation.

My favorite thing about this bra is the way it holds the breasts front and center, no side slippage. The posture support works very well and relieves stress on the shoulders. The band size is exact and the fabric cups are soft and forgiving for those who may not have a perfectly matching "pair." I liked this bra so much I immediately ordered another. Both wash up beautifully with soft parts staying soft, but support parts staying firm. I have noticed a difference in the way my clothes fit in this bra. Some garments strain a little as a result of the aforementioned "front and center" aspect. I would definitely recommend the bra to full-busted women who need extra posture support.

I have saved this bra to wear on Sundays. At first, it didn't fit right- it was small for a 42B, but after I broke it in, it was fine. I still don't see why it was priced at 31 dollars. It's a good bra, but not that good.

breasts slip out when bending forward such as picking things up off the floor, it might be okay if you are using it with limited mobility (when only standing up straight)
