Cold mornings will be more comfortable with this coat to put on to go to work. This one is a good weight for cold days in this area.

I LOVE this jacket...it's perfect for casual use (I wouldn't recommend it for anything formal). The sleeves are roomy and go right to the middle of my hands, and the chest / midsection is roomy enough to handle sweaters. I bought this in a size larger than I usually wear to accommodate bulky winter clothing, but in retrospect, I probably could have stayed in my own size and been fine. The only thing I don't like about this coat are the snaps...they are large and are plainly visible if you don't have the coat buttoned up. However, it's not a big enough detraction for me to return it. It's one of the most comfortable coats I've worn in years and I would recommend it to just about anybody.

Unfortunately, I had to send the coat back. It is pretty and quite soft, so I'm sure it would also be warm. The biggest problem I had was the fit; I ordered a size that was too large in this particular coat; I'm not sure that a smaller size would work, however. It is a little boxier than I had hoped, but overall it's a lovely coat. The gray is quite attractive.

This coat is warm and cozy and not heavy to wear.. It is comfortable, but does run a little big in size. I would tell people that it is a good coat for the price, but to order a size smaller than what they usually order.
