          Love the coat! Casual but would be ok to wear over a dress as well. Runs a little big but I couldn't wait to wear it so I didn't exchange it. If you are a true 1x I would suggest you buy the XL. Great every day coat. I am going to purchase it in the dark brown too. I purchased the off white it washed and dried perfectly as well.

            I love this jacket! It's very roomy which makes it excellent for layering. It has a nice line and lovely texture so it look great for casual wear as well as dressier occasions. Although it's warm it's not at all bulky. It's a bit longer than I expected (nearly to my knees), which is just a plus in my book. I love the sleeve length too.

              I will use this as a jacket over clothing for spring and fall errand running, coming and going to work, shopping and etc. It is lined so it slips over clothing nicely. It could be worn indoors as a blazer but I think I would get too warm in it.

                This is a lovely, well-made, attractive jacket. The major defect is the sizing in a Medium range supposed to fit both 14W and 16W sizes. IT DOESN'T WORK; a little large but probably still suitable for the 14W but too small and too tight for the 16W. I will not order "Range" size clothing in two sizes again except for sleepwear because more often then not, it doesn't work.
