I thought that these would be like the picture, though I was confused about the title of "bloomers". My fault. They just keep blooming and blooming and get too big to wear under clothing. I think they'll be great to sleep in during the summer, but not to wear every day. I'm still looking for the female equivalent of boxer briefs to keep my thighs from rubbing and the waist from rolling down. :(

            These are truly a bloomer style. I hate most any and all underwear and have issues due to sensitive skin. The covered elastic on these is not scratchy, but the narrow-ness of it feels binding. The fabric is really quite soft and nice. I tried cutting the elastic off the bottom of the leg, but the waist elastic is still somewhat of an issue for me.

              I bought 3 sizes smaller so they be "small" and short. I hike up the legs to fit like the panties I buy ought to fit. No more leg holes that I could put two thighs into. I wear them with relaxed fit stretch denims, dress slacks and poplin work pants - no lines, nothing to notice. AT LAST I have material where it belongs in 110 degree weather. I've had some for over 6 months, I wash them in bleach and tumble dry weekly - all are still togther, no holes, no unraveling - quality product. You get what you pay for! I now own 15 pair and wear them exclusively.
