I like the weight of the jacket but surprised that it's not very warm. Maybe if you list a temperature range on your coats such as best performance in below freezing.

I wear my jacket even on cold days. Not super cold days though. It is a very practical part of my wardrobe. I have to say though that I have not found all your items as likable. [...] I purchased a coat for my daughter and had to return it twice. We wear the same size yet her coat fit neither of us and my coat fit both of us. That coat that we did not keep cost me almost fifteen dollars. The same applied to your kate shirts. They were hugh. I tried to alter them and now they just don't fit right but I could not afford to send them back. I now am very choosey about what I even look at in the catalog. Your sweatshirt style jackets always fit well but I wish the rest of your cloths did.

This was a decent jacket but I was disappointed as soon as I opened the package to find the sweater lining only appears where you can see it in the picture - in the hood and just below that. Additionally I find it kind of heavy and bulky. It's fine, I'm keeping it as a 'wear to the store' kind of coat, but will probably not wear it to work, etc, as some have suggested.
