They are very good boots. I wore them for several days in a row and the only thing that I can complain about is that my little toe started to get sore because they were not wide enough and I got wide width. I would also like them better if they had a square toe- they are a little too pointy. Otherwise good shoes, waterproof, good traction, generally comfortable.

I bought these boots to replace an old pair of 'moon boot' style boots that were leaking water. I like the lug sole on these boots because they are more stable in the snow and ice. They are very warm and stylish and quite comfortable. I purchased them a half size larger to allow for heavier socks and that may not have been necessary as they are quite roomy.

I searched in my town for a pair of Wide-width boots that fit well and were stylish and I was very diappointed in the selection. But then I purchased the black patent Hiker boots from this website. I keep coming back to this boot because it is so easy to wear, put on, tie, and it looks dynamite under my pants - any pants. It comes in a double wide, and it still looks smart enough to wear with semi-professional look, while comfortable enough to keep me going all day. However, the heels don't last in them. The heel itself will blow out and break down.

I love these boots. They have a warm soft flannel fabric inside. They are lightweight have great tred and the tongue tucks inside so no snow or water will get in. I love these boots. I got a 9 1/2 wide and they fit perfectly!

I bought three pair after reading the reviews so I wouldn't wear any one pair out. I'm hard on shoes!
I throw them on when running out to get the kids from school or running to the store. I'm BIG on
comfort and like to look decent. I couldn't stand wearing my old stained timberland bucks anymore!
I bought the white pair to wear when I want to have a nice dress down look. Great shoe. Love them.

Looks comfortable, but is not. Shoe is very stiff, ordered 1 size larger and wide as to accommodate the heavy socks during winter.
Would not buy a boot of the same material again.

I like the boot alot. I ordered it xtra wide just to be on the safe side and I'm glad I did. The toe area is a bit on the narrow side, but as I wear it more it is giving in and becoming more comfortable. Its a warm good looking boot and I would reccommend it to my friends.

I have had a hard time finding a boot to fit my feet. Most stores and catalogs do not carry anything past a ten or maybe 11. It is nice to have a catalog that carries 12 and 13 and wide and double wide.

I love the looks of this boot and the colors BUT the size ran very small. Every shoe in my closet is a 9WW. These boots were too small & had to be returned for a 9 1/2 WW. Still too small so I exchanged again for a 10 1/2 WW that fit. That's a size and a half larger then any other shoe I own.[...] Also, the extra wide is not as wide as I had hoped. I can only wear a trouser sock with this boot and nothing heavier for cold weather. But, as I said, it's a good looking boot. Just watch out for the sizing on this one.

I purchased the boot for an upcoming hiking trip. Everything was perfect about the boot except the toe comes to a point a little too soon which rubs against the little toe. I would prefer for the boot to have a more rounded toe area (like a bump toe).

This is the best wet weather shoe I have owned. The comfort is a plus while walking. The only draw-back is I had to buy an arch support to put in the shoe. Very comfortable when walking after I put the support in.

The boot is nice for the cold and snowy days. They advertize WW for a width but should be a little more give in the boot to stretch by bunion area. That is only problem I found with boot.

I have een looking for the right bad weather boots for quite awhile. These are great. I amglad tht I have them as I look out the window now and ther is snow on the ground there is freezing rain and I can feel warm and don't have to worry about slipping with the bottoms on the boots.

I loved the boots. The weather was cold and they felt really cozy. The ULTIMATE TEST - How would my feet feel after a long day of travel running through airports and catching planes. I usually feel the after effects the next day or so. NOT with these boots! My feet felt as good as before I traveled. Love the cushiony soles which absorbs the shock of lots of walking!

These boots are very cute and appear to be well made. I had to send them back because the toe box is just too narrow, even in a size 9W. Instant pain on my big toes. If not for that, they would be keepers because the rest of the boot felt fine. I also like the tread on the bottom.

I have a large upper instep and wide feet. I have problems with boots because of the formed foot area. This boot fits well, closes easily and is warm and comfortable, even with heavy socks (for snow, heavy rains, etc), with a well cushioned sole for easy walking. The boot is well-made. I'm extremely happy with it.

I have yet to use the boots to go hiking, but they have been wonderful for the cold weather. They are surprisngly comfortable (I don't feel a need to put an insole in them). They are also warm. I don't wear them on an everyday basis becuase they are a little clunky, but they are boots, so that is understandable.
