LOVE a robe with no waist tie - it's more comfortable than any constrictions and you don't have to worry about what's under it "fitting" properly. Don't really need the hood part, but it can give warmth around the neck without being there when you don't need it. It's my second purchase, because I had the bad luck to lose my first while traveling. This time I bought an extra. The gray is more casual in appearance, but the heather cream is quite elegant looking.

Very warm robe. The zipper seems sturdier than what's offered on other robes sold on this site. The only two issues I have are that the robe seems very wide, much wider than the size would indicate and when washed it shrinks in length rather than width. The arms shrank so much that they barely cover my wrists now. The length of the robe shrunk from floor length to just above my ankles (and I'm only 5'4). However it is quite warm so although I wish it were longer, I will still wear it alot in the winter. I would warn others to wash in cold and air dry it to try to avoid shrinkage.

The length of 52" is why I bought it. Most robes are about 3" too short for anyone over 5'5"! One more inch of length and it would have been perfect. I liked it so much I ordered it in red and another one for my daughter (so she won't take mine!) If they made it a little thicker and longer it would be absolutely perfect.

This is a very comfy robe. However, it is quite thin for fleece. In the winter, I would need something thicker and heavier, but this will be a great summer robe for when my roommate has the A/C on. With the polyester component, I made sure I took it out of the dryer before it was all the way done as I am a bit concerned about it getting a little melted and rough.

I've already returned this robe secondary to the poor quality of the material used. I have already purchased a peach colored short sleeved one, 2 lavender long sleeved ones and a brown sugar short sleeved one, and each of them has the quality I was looking for in this robe. The fleece used was so thin, I could have bought it at a local dollar-type store and not spent nearly as much money. I'll be careful before buying anything from this company for a while.

Overall, I'm happy with this hoodie robe. I'm 5'4" and wear a Size 14. I ordered the Medium and it fits very well, enough room in the hips, shoulders and bust. It's a bit too long for me in that I can walk in it fine, wearing my Croc "slippers" but if I'm going up stairs, I sometimes trip on the hem. I plan on hemming it up. I also roll up the sleeves, one roll-up, as they are a bit too long for me. The quality is good with a little detailed top stitch a couple of inches from the end of the sleeves. Their description "ultra soft fleece" is a bit misleading, however, in that it implies that it's a heavier, thicker, "fleecier" lined sweatshirt fabric, when it isn't. It's a thinner knit fabric, with a brushed-like/thin fleeced backing; like a thin summer, lightweight sweatshirt. It worked out perfect for me as I was looking for a robe for the Spring/early Summer and Fall seasons here in the Northeast, when it's too warm to wear my heavy, fleeced winter bathrobe. Overall, a good buy for the price and I'm glad I bought it.

I think the zipper front is so much better than having to fool with a tie belt, so this robe keeps its shape and looking good no matter what you do. I swim at a health club with a great outdoor pool year-round, and go straight from the pool to home to shower there. It can get pretty chilly in winter, even here in Southern California. Most things that are warm enough to use as a cover-up from pool to car soak up so much water, they are impractical. This manages to dry out quickly and keep me warm. The zipper is sturdy, it is stylish and has great pockets. It really held up all winter, through many washings, and is my favorite cool weather cover-up. I will buy more.

I purchased this a size larger than I should have for two reasons: 1) I didn't know if it would shrink in the dryer (I haven't washed it yet, so I don't know) and, 2)sometimes one size fits me well and sometimes the larger size works better -- depends on how an item is cut. The sleeves are long, but I just roll them up -- no problem.

I got this robe for lounging around watching TV and keeping warm during the winter ... the hood helps with that and keeps my neck warm. Of course, now it's too hot to wear it, but it'll come in handy on cool nights. I also wear it on the patio in the evening if I'm reading or hanging out. It's very comfortable. I'm also tall, so often these garments are too short to pull up my legs and cuddle in, but this one is generous with length and the sleeves as well.

I purchased this robe for my Mom who is very picky!!! She absolutely loves the classic red color. She is 5'10" and has never had a robe to touch the floor, this one does and she loves it. It is a perfect spring/summer robe when she gets cool in the evening. "It is soft and warm, like a hug" - her words!!! She has been freezing after her recent knee replacement because of the blood thinner and this really seemed to help. She doesn't like anything tight on her wrists or around her neck, but has no complaints about this robe. Try it, you'll like it too!!!! She has asked for another one in a different color - that has never happened before for any gift I have given to her!!!!!

It's spring and mornings are still cool so I put this on as soon as I get up in the morning. And because mine is "RED" it doesn't look so much like a bathrobe so I can answer the door or run outside and move the sprinkler without looking like I just got up...lol
The fit was a little tight in the armholes (but not the bust itself)compared with other items I've purchased in the same size. The rest of it fits just right. Haven't washed it yet.

I am scheduled for surgery and will be at a rehabilitation facility for awhile, so I wanted something nice to wear. I bought this robe based on all the reviews. I am a frugal shopper, and expect good value for my dollar, and I was not disappointed. What started out as a purely practical purchase turned into one of the most luxurious items I have ever bought for myself. I love how it feels, so soft and cuddly and comforted. I googled "zipper-front robe" because I hate having a waist or tie on my lounge ware. This robe came up and is *exactly* what I wanted. It is casual, elegant, soft, generous, & flattering. I adore it and I bought two more-- one for travel and one for my girlfriend. The website surprised me with a discount when I went back for more! The robe is on the generous side (length, sleeve length) but I love things big and get very crabby when "large" is tight. I would say that this "large" is closer to a department store 1x and I love that.

Love the pink and the gray, bought both and glad I did. Now when one is in the wash, I still have my favorite robe to enjoy. Very comfy and warm, light weight so it is easy to move around in and do my morning chores. I am retired, a grandma, very active. These robes are perfect for me. I am 5'4" and weight 195, barrel shaped. I wear a 1X usually, but I ordered these in a 2X because I was afraid they would shrink. They did not. I am glad I got the bigger size because it gives me lots of moving and bending room while I relax and work around my home in the mornings. Length, sleeves and weight of robe are perfect! The only thing I didn't love is the zipper. It does not lay flat after washing. I lightly dried in dryer, then line dried both robes. Zipper will not go back to original shape. This needs improved, but everything else about these robes are perfect. Nothing is better than comfy sweats that cover you from your neck to your toes, now I have it in my favorite bath robes! Highly recommended for comfort.

This robe is soft and very comfortable. I ordered a size larger than I wear, just to make sure it was roomy enough. I would suggest that if you want it "roomy". Length and sleeves are good. I am 5'10" and found the length to be ok. For some reason I thought this robe was "thicker", but it is still comfortable and warm. Overall good buy, especially if you have a coupon code!

I just got this product and I love it. I bought it to use at the community pool. It is great on cool days before and after swimming. It is easy to put on and take off. It keeps you warm enough after swimming but not hot. The hood is great if you get your hair wet or if it is just windy.

The A-line style of this robe makes it a generous fit over the hips; so comfortable. I throw it on in the morning to take the dog out; the hood is helpful on chilly mornings. The only thing I would change is the robe right now can be unzipped completely so there is a gap at the bottom center of the robe(zipper doesn't go to the bottom of the robe). This is a wonderful robe. I own several in different colors, my favorite being my pink one.

The hood is not too bulky, which I love, as it doesn't make your neck uncomfortable while sitting (i.e, it doesn't bunch up too much when worn in the down position). I think this is true to size, but if you're on the borderline, order a size up. The material isn't too stretchy, so keep that in mind.The only thing I'd change is ordering a size up. Other than that, this is a great multi-purpose lounger/robe.

The zipper was made poorly, the ends at the top of the nylon were sticking out and would poke and scratch. After having a tough time getting in deep enough to snip them off I discovered that the metal stops on the zipper were put on backwards with the prong sides facing out.
This robe also pills and does not go on easily if you're wearing something under it.

It's comfortable; the pockets are perfectly sized; It's just the all around best robe I've owned for everything except arousing my husband, who believes it's a "very nice color for you" but prefers something slinky and red. pffft.

Love getting into p.j.'s and lounging before the fire when the day is done and it's growing near bedtime. It's great in the morning, too, and after a shower or bath. The only thing I have to remember is to lift the skirt when I go upstairs, but I wouldn't want it any shorter!! Some of your pajama bottoms and jeans are too short (and I'm average), but this robe is perfect!!

When it comes to relaxing....I walk thru my door and look for the most comfortable thing I can find! Right now, when it's a bit chilly, this robe is my Go-To comfort hug. Feels great after a shower or soak in the pool or hot tub. The front zipper is a great plus for me since I tend to not like to step into robes and the wrap around are great but sometimes can come untied or loose at an inconvenient time :0 This is the solution wrap it around, zip it up and off ya go. Only one draw back I can find...if you have pets..we have 5 cats and a small dog who all shed like CRAZY! The fleece is bad to show and suck up the pet hair...even AFTER vacuuming the furniture :) Not a flaw in it's design...just a word of note for pet lovers..BE WARE of the HAIR!!

the first robe that I received - the zipper wasn't installed correctly..so I had to get a replacement. The second replacement robe was sent and the zipper wasn't again sewn on correctly...I had to re-sew it again myself as I didnt' want to wait for another replacment. After that, the robe is great for getting out of the shower, is great for taking the dogs outside in the morning, etc.

I prefer dark colors, so got the Navy. After only two washings it's already faded out a lot, and the zipper is kinda wavy from not shrinking by the same degree as the fabric around it. All the same, I love this robe and will order another to keep in our RV for camping nights. It is the most comfy robe I've ever had, bar none.

This is my second robe. They are really warm and comfortable. I did order one size larger this time as they seem to shrink slightly on first washing and since I usually have a nightgown on under the robe it could feel tight otherwise.

I like this robe for colder days & nights.But it would be warmer if it had more of an A Line shape and Loose the front slit.I would recommend buying this robe one size bigger than normal.It shrinks!

The robe was a little small, especially in the upper sleeves. I bought my second one a size larger. I washed the robe in cold water and didn't use the dryer -- the size seems to have held. The fabric might be a little thinner than you expect -- but it's perfect for when I get up early and start work at my computer!
