        I walk for exercise a few times per week, outside and on the treadmill. These shoes give me the comfort and support I need. They are a bit stiff but I just got them and have only worn them 4 times. They will loosen up, I'm sure. Nevertheless they are comfortable and I was able to use them for walking right away
