How do I earn points?
You earn 2 points for every $1 you spend at any of the FULLBEAUTY Brands. Stock up on your favorite items or try something new, you'll be rewarded for it.
When will I see my points on my account?
It may take up to 48 hours for you points to be applied to your account.
If you purchased using "Buy now, pay later" you won't see your points until your order is billed.
Items that are purchased on backorder won't have their points reflected until they ship to you.

Reward certificates will be available on your monthly billing statement. If you previously would not have received a statement in the month you earned your reward - no worries you'll still receive a statement even though you won't have a balance due.

Can I have multiple FULLBEAUTY Brand credit cards?
Yes. Remember you earn points for purchases at any brands, however your reward certificate is for the brand in which you hold the credit card. Having multiple, allows for more rewards at more brands!

Apply for a Woman Within® Platinum Credit Card
The order total on your checkout page includes all items ordered, plus shipping and handling, discounts, coupons and any taxes charged. Sometimes the invoice total included in your package may vary if an item becomes unavailable. Shipping & handling and taxes charged to you will be adjusted according to the new order total. If an item's backordered, the charge for those items, including any shipping and handling charges not applied to the original shipment and any taxes won't be charged to your account until the backordered item is shipped.
PayPal is a safe and easy way to pay online. Pay with your credit card without entering your credit card number on our website.
Exchanges cannot be processed for Pay Pal orders. Please return the item(s) and allow 3-4 weeks for refund back to your Paypal account less shipping and handling charges.
Exchanges: Credit card exchange orders can be processed quicker by phone; simply call us toll free at (800) 544-3793. For an exchange order, we'll issue a credit to the credit card on the original order. You may see a debit and credit for the original transactions or the two transactions may offset one another. The original credit card will be charged for the exchanged item. If you want to exchange an item and not phone it in, or if it's a cash order you are returning, please complete the order blank on the back of your invoice.
Returns:For return credits, please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund or credit, we'll issue a credit to your original method of payment less shipping and handling charges. For credit card orders, please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear.
To check on the status of your exchange or return, please check your Order Status.
When you place your order, we authorize your card for the full order amount.
This places a pending authorization on your card, but your card is only charged
once at the time your order is shipped. This is common bank practice when handling
credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity.
It is sometimes reflected as two duplicate, separate charges. Please allow up
to 72 hours for the pending authorization to clear. If you need help speeding
up the process, please contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
We collect sales tax in those states where we are legally required to do so. The appropriate sales tax will be added to your order.
*Note: International order will include taxes and duties according to country. By placing your order, you authorize i-Parcel to act as your agent with the customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise.
Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards: To redeem Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards online, simply enter the card number and PIN number in the Gift Card box at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the card amount, a credit card will be required to cover the remaining balance.
Paper Gift Certificates: To redeem paper Gift Certificates online, simply enter the certificate number in the Gift Card box at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the paper gift certificate balance, a credit card will be required to cover the remaining balance.
During the checkout process, simply enter the Promotion Code in the required field. The funds will be automatically deducted and your discount will be reflected on your order total.
