About Me Casual Dresser
Comments about Woman Within Quick drying Taslon parka fleece-lined jacket with zip-out lining:
The sleeves are a bit long but I found that a few darts on the cuffs made them fit perfectly. Also, I found the tie at the bottom to be cumbersome and removed it, and can always add it back should I need it. Overall it is a warm yet cool jacket that has served me well since purchasing it. i really like the removable liner that will allow me to wear it all year round. I also love the length.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Love this jacket! It works well for me in all types of weather and fits just right.
good every day coat.
from SC Michigan
This is a great coat for everyday wear. Warm and comfortable to wear when driving. The only changes that I would make are the sleeve linings are not fastened to the garment and tend to either pull up inside the sleeve or hang below the end of the sleeve. The bottom drawstring is not necessary. Only gets caught in car door. I removed it completely.

I ordered this parka in the purple color. I was so pleased initially, because the color pretty. Unfortunately, the outer shell of the parka is kind of paper like. But what is worse is that the zipper will absolutely NOT stay closed. The teeth of zipper keep pulling apart, rendering the coat useless.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Excellent value. This jacket looks and feels much more expensive than it actually was.
Lighter weight warm, versatile coat for this CA girl in Iowa
By Ivy C.
from Des Moines, IA
The coat is military green, my favorite color this year, has many pockets and a zip out lining for seasonal warmth. It will be easy to launder. My only complaint is the lining in the sleeves gets bunched up or turned inside out when the coat is taken off.
About Me Classic Dresser
Jacket is a nice light weight jacket for casual use. Zipper comes apart at the bottom and always using the lint roller on it. Too much work for every day wear.
love this coat
water resistance nice when needed when not in the cold but even a rainy day the inside zips out great
The sleeves are about 3 inches too short. I've never owned a coat with a 3/4 sleeve. Which is what this feels like. My shirts have longer sleeves, it's ridiculous.
Not really happy
Outer shell is good for rainy days. Lining is thin. Not warm at all. When I put my arms in the sleeves, the lining comes out the end. Feals weird and looks wrong. I'll keep it for warmer rainy days.
Love it! Perfect for Texas winter weather.

This fabric is truly waterproof and practical, but I don't like clothes that make noise when I move. The color is very stiff and uncomfortable, combined with the crunchy noise, seemed unpleasant. I loved the style and color, so I'm sorry to have to send it back.
The material was too thin and when you walk the jacket makes a lot of noise. I returned the jacket. Also the zipper was nylon and cheap.
I love this jacket

Great service & timely delivery
By not happy with this coat
I bought this coat as an everyday coat. The snaps, especially on the too big cuffs do not stay snapped. The sleeve lining pulls out every time I take the coat off. The rolled up hood is worthless. I would have returned it but I did not want to pay the fees

Snaps are cheap & don't work well. The lining makes the fit uncomfortable, comes out the sleeves when you put it on. The ad said that it was made EXTRA roomy, but the ling wasn't. The fit is awkward, feels twisted. Very unhappy.
This is an ok coat
Zipper is not a good quality.
My new favorite coat! I get many compliments. It's perfect

Love, Love, Love this coat. Perfect for cold or rain. The zip out lining is great!
from Dolton Il
This jacket is just ok. Don't like the hidden hood. Cant just pull ut on ur head. Should have read description better. The main thing is there r not buttons to hold the lining sleeve down. Turns inside out when u take the coat off.

It is hard to put the coat on. The sleeves aren't sewn in because the lining is removable and so when putting my arms in with a long sleeve top on it bunched up all the way up my arms. Also makes loud crinkly noise with every move you make. Runs small.
Very nice jacket
The length was great, fit was great just thought it would be warmer, liner was thinner than I thought it would be. But worn it in the cold yet so it probably will be fine.
The minute I got this out of the bag, I knew I wasn't happy. Everything about this felt thin, cheap, and poorly constructed. After sending back another coat that fit so small, I exchanged for this coat and sized up. That resulted in this coat just fitting around my belly/bum but big on my upper body. The sleeves were still too short also, and I am only 5'4" so I don't have long arms. Going to exchange for yet another coat and see if that one will work.
It's all right for the price
By I hate winter

This coat is not especially well made. The sleeves are far too short, ending a good two inches above my wrist, and I'm of average height. The lining tends to hang down and show at the sleeves. The shoulder flaps are only held down with a stitch or two and I know that isn't going to hold up. It does have a rather cheap feel about it. However, the price was inexpensive and it's decent enough for basic everyday use. The lining does unzip so it can function as a raincoat in warmer weather. But I have not tried taking the liner out so I can't say how smooth that process would be. It is not especially heavy, so it will not do for very cold weather. But it's all right for mildly cold weather. I did get this a size larger than I typically wear because I like to wear layers, and there is no extra room in this coat, so I would recommend choosing a size larger than you normally wear, especially if you plan on wearing anything bulky under it. The thing I dislike the most about it is the short sleeves. I really don't like my arms exposed between my gloves and the coat sleeves.
I love it!

I really like that the liner zips out and it allows ample room for a bulky sweater underneath
Stylish & Practical Fall Jacket
from Ridgefield WA
Very practical Fall Jacket and stylish. Living in WA state I needed at rain jacket of course and got the bonus of the removable fleece lining. I have worn both ways. I ordered my normal size. I think the sizing might be a bit big, but I wanted it loose fitting so I can layer as needed. Without the fleece the jacket is extra roomy. My only complaint would be. I wish the there was and extra snaps on the cuffs to make it smaller to fit my wrist. Then the snaps at the top of the neck inside the jacket for the lining don't lay down unless the lining is snapped in. Comparing it to other jackets I have tried on and have I think this one will be what I need to stay dry and warm.
Perfect for the Chilly Fall Days
from Barnesville, OH
Perfect for these chilly Fall nights and I am sure it will work well for till it gets into the snowy weather here in OH. I was out in about a 45 degree morning and I was still warm with it on and it blocked the wind. Well pleased with this purchase.
Sleeves much too short
Very disappointed - the coat was a nice length and perfect fit around the bust, but the sleeves were closer to 3/4 length. Going to try to size it up and see if the sleeves fit without fitting like a tent only because I got it on sale and with the amount they take off for return shipping, returning for a refund would mean I'd get back only about 2/3 of what I paid.
Good Quality... I'd Buy One In Every Color If I Could!
This jacket is perfect for both fall and winter since it has a zip out lining. I washed it right away to remove wrinkles and it came out like a dream. I wish I had ordered the recommended size, but I went ahead and ordered my usual size. It's quite large and I could easily have gone with the size recommended in the chart. I decided not to exchange it, but almost wish I had exchanged it for the smaller size. I have large upper arms and this does not bind at all. I can't say enough good things about this coat!
i used to keep warm this fall in Pacific northwest
