This is the third color I've ordered in this style. This one is a little loose at the top - elastic is saggy - but I like the material and will keep it anyhow. The color is great for fall.(Fig)

The best way to describe this dress is "classy casual". If it's a family gathering or lower key dressing event, it's perfect. With a cardigan shrug or scarf it gets closer to dressy. It fits hourglass or pear shapes best. It cinches the waist and is form fitting around the bust so for an apple shaped body this would not be flattering and run small at least.

I was very disappointed with this purchase, it is a horrible fit, I loved the color so I took it to a professional seamstress to see if I could fix it but after examining it, she said there would be far too much work to make it worthwhile in her opinion but told me how to do it if I wanted to try. I will give it a try when I have nothing else to do. I SO looked forward to getting it but since they use "Smart Post" to ship, giving you no other options, I don't believe I will be ordering again anyway. And it's so long that it drags the ground. Size 12 my behind, it's more like a size 16.

I have ordered other dresses from this company and have been really pleased, but wow this one looks more like the dress shown on the woman in green. I did do a little alteration on the two strings that pull up on the neckline to make it look more like the neckline shown on the blue and several of the same dress, but in different colors. It runs big, but is cotton gauze, so I threw it into the washer in very hot water, then put it in the dryer on high heat. I'm sure I will get use out of the dresses around the house, but more for backyard, and lounge wear.

I needed a dress to wear to my son's wedding. It was a simple wedding, but I wanted something appropriate and comfortable as well. I use a wheelchair and it was perfect, comfort wise, yet very flattering. One should wear a slip if you are concerned with the fabric as it is light and would probably show light thru the skirt.

I've ordered a few of these dresses and most of the time i'd give it a 5 star for comfort and style but sometimes the material isn't as breathable and sometimes the size is snugger than I'd like and like today, I gave my newest dress a 4 star

I purchased this dress in black, size 1X. I am 5'7". I have worn and washed it once so far.

The fit was absolutely amazing. The sleeves stopped just above the elbow, which is flattering to the arms. The bust area was also flattering, it's in a v-shape yet it is form fitting so when I bend down (which I do a lot as a mom of three small kids) I don't need to worry about showing too much.
I personally loved the length, which for me came all the way to the floor and stopped at the ball of my ankle. Any longer would have been too long, so if you're 5'6" or shorter it may not work for you.
Overall the fit was flattering and my husband immediately noticed it on me and complimented it (which was note worthy since he's a man and indifferent toward clothes).

The fabric is soft, and feels good against the skin. It's a type of "crinkle" dress, so no ironing required (which I love). I felt very comfortable and confident throughout the day while wearing this.

One thing I did feel was a "con" is the fabric durability seems a bit poor. After washing it for the first time there was a rip in the seam, an easy fix using a sewing machine, but still. I'm unsure if this was there before and didn't notice, or if it happened during wear or wash.

Overall this dress is something I would purchase again (and probably will in another color).
