I did not like that I did not have the option to chose the width for the calf. One leg fit and the other did not. But the actual shoe part was tru to size.
The boot however overall was good.

This product doesn't come in looking like the picture. The leather is "pocked" almosted textured. The color was suppose to be black.. It's grey. The heel height is perfect, the "Wide Calf" is still a little tight, but I am hopinig it will stretch.
I bought these to be able to wear out with dress skirts and to wear to work. These are just too casual for that. The texture of the leather and the greyish color are not at all what I was looking for. The plus side is I can wear them with a casual skirt.

This is a functional boot, but a dull design. It's too tall for short people, so it tends to cut into the flesh just below the knee. People who have longer legs will not have a problem with it. I would recommend this pair of boots with this proviso.

This boot is absolutely the perfect fit for me!!! I have always had a hard time finding boots that fit in the calf. I wear a size 8 or 10 in most of my clothes, but was blessed with my grandmother's fat calf and ankle combination of "cankles", as we like to call them in my family. These boots were so comfortable, even in an all day shopping trip. They fit my 8 1/2 W foot perfectly both in size and width and the calf was roomy without being too big. They were sturdy and I didn't feel like I had to watch my step or worry about my footing while walking. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed with was the color. I ordered the Brown boot (not the suede) and it was lighter in color than I thought it would be by the picture. It was sort of like a tan and cocoa mix. But they looked and felt great and I must say I looked and felt pretty darn sexy in these awesome boots!

Well these boots are nice. I haven't been able to wear them yet.. I got the WW wide in my size.. but, they don't go around the top part of my calf. I will be taking them to a leather alteration store. :) I don't like the square cut of front of the boots, but I can live with it. I go for comfort, and you know when you buy something.. how it will feel right off.. well these I am sure will be very comfortable to wear once I have the top part of the boot let out some and broke in. Look forward to wearing them.

These boots were returned. I love the stuff through this website-but this was a bad purchase. The boots are cheaply made- they are too tight, and narrow. I just did not like this purchase. If you want to try it, I reccomend ordering a half size bigger than normal...and WW.

Finally a pair of boots that fit! I am an average size woman size 12, but have large calfs. It has always been so frustrating to not be able to find boots that would zip. Designers need to realize that not everyone has shapeless stick legs!

I loved these boots when they came. They fit great. After several wears I noticed that the heel felt uncomfortable. After about 5 wears I noticed that a cut in the heel revealed a hollow heal with a piece of the rubber inside. I am no longer able to wear them because the heel is almost off now. Very disappointed in how long they were wearable.

I actually bought these to wear in a play, but they are great casual everyday boots. I got a size 10W (usually wear 9-9 1/2 W) to get widest possible calf, and was able to zip them over thin pants. They are comfortable to wear for long periods. I just wish there was a dressier model available in leather. I would not wear them in wet, sloppy snow though, as they would get ruined.

The boots look good, the ankles are a little large for me, So I stuff them with cotton balls!! As the zipper part of the boot tends to cut into the ankles. However, I love them. What's a little stuffing. No one would ever guess.

I wear a 10 1/2 W shoe and I have a large calf. This is the first tall boot I have tried on in years that actually fits. For some reason, most manufacturers don't make size 10 1/2 in wide widths, so I'm always having to compromise...but not this time! Mine are black smooth leather, and since I live in Michigan and they use a lot of salt on the roads, I put Sno-Seal (a waterproofing wax designed for ski boots) on them because I want these boots to last a long time. Thank you!!!

The calf of the boot is suppose to fit up to 20 inches per advertisement. My calf is 19 1/2 inches, and I have trouble zipping the boot without pinching myself. My feet were cold if there was snow or ice on the ground. Please use better quality leather! The suede version my friend ordered were much better looking. Good stability on ice and snow.

I loved the look of these boots! Cute squared toe. My daughter didn't like her pair because it bagged at the ankles. I had no problem with that. Within less than a month the inside of heal (near arch) cracked. Then it deteriorated from the inside. I tried Shoo Goo but it continued to collapse. I meant to order different one but got another 1 of these, so will try again. I really like them if they hold up. I am 230 lbs, may be the problem.

The soles feel good at first--nicely cushioned. But a short walk reveals there's no support at all, and the heel gives, like squishy foam, and makes a little "poof" noise as air is squeezed out with each step.
Also, they don't look that great on--extra material bunches and flares around the ankle.

THE PRODUCT WAS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. tHE QUALITY AND COLOR WERE SO OFF. I COULDN'T BELIEVE AFTER GETTING SUCH WONDERFUL ITEMS, HOW BAD THIS WAS.

This boot is comfortable and stylish, but the leather is very fakey. I will keep them because they were a good deal, but had I paid full price I would have returned them.

I needed safe, comfortable, good looking high boots to wear with dresses or skirts in the snow and ice of our New England winters. These boots are perfect. They are warm, fit well, and provide good traction for the icy roads and pathways of this rough winter.
