I have really bad arthritis and 7 different spinal problems. I have trouble turning from side to side during the night. This gown helps with that. It is long enough it doesn't bunch up. The material feels good. It is an attractive design. The only con is they do run a little small sometimes. I order 1 size up and the problem is fixed. Well the 1x runs too small for me, I get the 2x. Try it they are well worth it.
