The set was a "Granny" gift for a woman whose daughter is expecting to deliver any moment. The recipient of the gift promised daughter that "Granny" would provide child care.
The set was intended to be worn when dealing with granddaughter for her feedings et al. It was also a reminder when she wore it that SHE was now a Granny.
To my great surprise she was tickled pink with gown!

I love that there is a matching robe. I love the lace detail and pearl buttons. The only problem is the gown is a little big while the robe is perfect. I would buy more of these, but would like a smaller print. Big ladies like small prints better. Wish there were more gowns/robes like these. I like that they are 100% cotton and button, NOT ZIP. I will use this for travel, as it is light weight and will not take up lots of room in my suitcas, yet give me the coverage I need in a chilly motel room or if I order room service, and will not be too hot to wear for the same reason. I've been waiting for a robe that is long and doesn't ZIP. (I would love a chenile)

The fabric is great and I am so impressed by the detailing. Ribbon, lace and pearl buttons. I had to have it in both colors.

I like that the pegnoir is not belted. I like the flowing feeling, but I would like for the items to be shorter . I am not built for the belted robe. Make more flowing robes.

This is very nice. I love the matching robe so I can cook breakfast for the family before I shower and dress for the day, Yet I still feel pretty in it- not like the Grandma that I am.

I have health issues and some days can barely move my arms. This set is awesome because it easy to slip over my head. If it is rather warm I can just lounge in the gown itself. If it gets chilly I can slip on the robe. The only con is you need to order 1 size large in order to allow for the shrinkage. Other than that it's perfect!

I bought this gown and robe to sleep in and also look pretty in. It is comfortable and without the robe it is cool. That is important to me since I am hot natured. I like to lounge around in it,too.
