Very soft once it's been washed. Be sure to buy 1 size smaller than you would normally buy. Comfortable and non binding. Not poofy like some cotten gowns.

I looked for a nice cotton gown for a very long time. All that I ever found was the t-shirt cotton, and while those are nice, it's not what I wanted for the summer. I bought this in what I thought was a sizr too big since it was cotton & sure to shrink. And boy did it! It's just barely fitting now that I washed it (in cold!) & dried it (low heat). Also the embroidered flowers are raveling after only 2 washings. But it is soft & comfortable - just buy it at LEAST 1 size too big!

This gown is made of really high quality cotton and is well constructed. I have purchased gowns for three and four times as much and not found the features that this gown offers. I would recommend this to anyone, and I wish I had pruchased a few more.

I loved the gown as pictured in the ad however the colors are not the soft beautiful color shown. The lace is goldish grey on the dark (not pale yellow) yellow gown. The two colors didn't match. And the gown is very long. But I guess life is not perfect so neither are gowns.

As I said it is nicer in person than on your site.I ordered the spearment because I am sick of PINK!!!Pink happens to be my favorite color,but I wanted a change!!!It is a really nice light color green,very comfortable to wear after my bath and to settle down after a long hard day of work.The material is a wee bit see through so don't answer your door with it on.It is very light weight and very pretty with the touches of embroidery on only the front of the gown.I wish it was embroidered on the back side but I can't see the back anyway,(HAHA)Oh,yes I forgot to say it is very nicely made around the top with a very soft lace,not scrachy at all.I would buy it again.

I love this nightgown!! As soon as I come home from work, off with the work clothes, on with the cotton nightgown. The cotton is great quality - very crisp and soft. The only thing is that it runs a little big - usually with nightgowns no big deal, but since this one is sleeveless, it does hang a little under the arm, but I still wear it and LOVE it!!!

I love them all they are going to be great now & when the summer really hit down here in the south. I don't have to tell you about our hot hot days & nights. I will even wear these gowns in the winter! I bought them a few sizes too big to allow for shrinking because of the gowns being cotton. Thank you for offering sizes for the larger woman. I had purchased this gown in the long and also the short last summer. I love this gown, the fabric gets softer after each laundering. Very cute and looks like a more expensive brand, but I'm not afraid I'll mess it up cause of the price point. Very feminine. This is a very comfortable gown, but please note it is VERY thin. I don't know if it is exactly see thru, but it is very lightweight! Great for those hot nights since you almost feel like you aren't wearing anything!
