Just order your waist size. My first wearing was for 12 hours at a wedding over a full length dress. I didn't even feel it on, but it smoothed me out for a better line under my dress.

I'm more on the super-size then plus-size I ordered the size 54". It was very very comfortable. It helped create a shape and held in were it needed to hold in. I wore it with a dress to a dinner/party. I danced the night away and was totally comfortable. Unlike some shapers were you almost loose conciousnes before the end of the evening.
