I purchased this brief to see if it would give me enough support to help with my severe lower back pain, and so far it's done so wonderfully! Even though the material is lighter than a girdle would be, it gives me the support I need every day. And it's COMFORTABLE!!! These are wonderful! I am short waisted so I am able to pull them up to my bra line --- Which gives even a more slimming effect.

This brief fits true to size but is a challenge getting into when you have alot to put into it!
I purchased this brief with several hernias in mind and an upcoming wedding. Wearing a mid-calf length dress that is slinky,needed to smooth out the body and it works. The only negative is after a long day and dancing, the tops of the thigh/groin area was a bit uncomfortable due to rolling. Otherwise, very helpful, simply provided support to the hernias(both groin & umbilical)and definately made the dress look great despite the body underneath :)

Only recently purchased this product. So, I can't comment on durability yet. I have other Rago products which encouraged this purchase.
It's not what I thought it was, but I'm pleased with the lightweight material should be perfect for everyday summer wear. I wear a panty girdle everyday during work, rest and play.
