I like the long front open zipper. And the hood is a nice extra. I bought this for a hospital stay because I needed the ease of getting it on and off. I wanted a long robe that would stay closed, and wasn't too heavy. This fits the bill!

It's a great robe when the A/C is on and before it gets cold enough for fleece. The zipper is one that would be in a dress so I think it could stand a heavier zipper-so it lasts longer. the royal blue is a really pretty color.

I always have a hard time finding really long nightgowns and robes. And I like zip up robes....this was has it all. 3/4 sleeves so I can do up the dishes without wet sleeves, super long (just the way I like it). Only thing that would be better would be my fav color, purple. Haven't washed it yet, but hope it retains it's comfy feel. Perfect weight for me (many robes are too hot when having "personal summers" LOL).

This robe is quite pretty. The style details make the robe look more expensive than it is. It is a very stylish cut and not the usual boxy big chick clothing cut. I wish it came in darker colors. It is comfortable. The hood is nice and practical.
Their are two problems. The fabric is not the french terry what the items profile says. The profile also says it is made of polyester/cottom knit and that is exactly what it is is. Tee shirt fabric. Which makes it comfy but not what I bought it for, to dry off after swimming or shower. But it does make a perfect lounger to change into after drying off.
It is also on the small side of it's size. That might be partly due to it's stylish cut. I prefer my robes to be roomier but this robe looks good on.

I bought this for myself and I'm so glad I did. I don't usually wear robes, but I have to have knee surgery soon and thought this would be good for the hospital - especially during physical therapy sessions. I was surprised, because of the price, what a wonderful quality garment it is. I don't like anything really warm, and this is just the right weight material, I can put it on after showers and washing my hair - throw up the hood and I'm comfy and cozy.
It's a great buy and a good looking garment - you won't go wrong if you purchase it. I always buy lounging and bed items larger, that way if they shrink they'll fit and if they don't shrink they'll be comfy - don't mind if they're a little larger.

I bought the biggest size, 5x, and it was too tight from my chest to the hip. I did like the fabric. If it had come in 1 size larger it would have fit perfect and I would order it again. I think the tagless makes things more comfortable as well. I weigh 400 lbs and I wear a 5x but this was not exactly true to size.

Runs small in the shoulders. Once I got the right size, tho, it's so comfortable and I'll wear it all the time.

Unless they get the zippers made better and and a bit more fabric to the size guide I wouldn't recommend. The zipper was so hard to move up and down. even with the garment off. And it wasn't stuck in the fabric, I thought it might be but it wasn't. And the fit around the hip area was a bit smaller than it should have been. I aredereda different robe in the same size and it fit just fine.
