Buttons can be buttoned or left unbuttoned. They don't come unbuttoned by themselves. The top did not shrink like so many do.

The only problem that I had was that I ordered this way back in the fall and it did not arrive until the spring. That was the only drawback as I needed new pajamas for the winter.
About 2 sizes bigger then should be.

Out of the last 10 or so items I have bought in the past 4 months EVERY piece of clothing whether pants, tops, pajamas and even winter coats are 2 sizes then they use to be sized.
And no I haven't lost any weight. The winter coat I bought could of fit 2 people. It seems like all the clothes wash up and shrink also.
Not very good made.
I am sure these pajamas will shrink enough to fit.

They are pajamas - I wear them at night. These are the most comfortable pajamas that I have every worn. They are great!

The top wasn't exactly as advertised -- it didn't have the extra details advertised -- but it's OK. And though the PJ's were a little big, I like a little extra room in my PJ's. Very comfortable to sleep in.

The label is scratchy but I hope that goes away when it's washed. A small part of seam didn't get caught in stitching. I can fix it - it's not worth sending it back but QA should be more careful. Otherwise, very comfortable.

I was very dissapointed with this pj. I loved it when I got it and put it on but then I washed it once and it has a hole in the front of the shirt.
