I ordered this dress in Pacific Blue to wear around the house for simple lounging and to wear outside in the yard, on the patio, etc. I am very satisfied with it! While, in my opinion, it is too casual to wear to a nice dinner or out to the movies, it is plenty classy to wear at home when guests visit, at a pool party, or even for a quick run to the drive-thru at McDonalds. You will not appear underdressed to any guests nor will you feel ashamed to wear this dress outside for simple things like hanging clothes.
If there is one disadvantage, it is the wide shoulders as other reviewers have mentioned. My shoulders are broader than usual yet it still feels as if the shoulders will fall off at times. That said, I do not feel the need to alter it for my fit. For anybody that needs to wear a bra with this dress, a strapless/tube bra is probably your best overall choice.
All in all, this is a very nice dress. It is very comfortable and looks much better than your average lounger. This dress is very comfortable to wear in even the hottest weather. Being that it is 100% cotton, it is best to wash it first before wearing so as to soften the fabric.

I am in a wheelchair so this is just wonderful, through it on and off to the store. Necklace-ear-rings etc. to dress it up and you look like a million!

I HAVE NOT YET WORN THIS ITEM, HOWEVER IT WILL BE WORN AS A STYLISH DRESS WITH LOTS OF ACCESSORIES INSTEAD OF A COVER-UP. YOU'D NEED TO WEAR A SLIP UNDERNEATH IT BECAUSE IT'S DEFINITELY SEE THROUGH. THANKS TO THE REVIEWS I WENT A SIZE SMALLER AND IT FIT PERFECTLY.

IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND BREEZY COOL. IT IS ATTRACTIVE.
BAD POINT , AS I MENTIONED, IS THAT THE LACE CRINKLES AND YOU HAVE TO IRON IT . I NEVER USE AN IRON ANYMORE AND IT IS IRRATATING TO DRAG IT OUT FOR SUCH A SMALL THING.
IF THE LACE WOULD HAVE BEEN POLY AND NOT COTTON ....YOU WOULD HAVE HAD A PERFECT DRESS.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DRESS ONLY IF i TOLD THEM ABOUT THE LACE TRIM FIRST !

This dress is so pretty on and has a sort of southwest feel and look to it. I wore it once and must have recieved 4 or 5 comlements already. It has a flattering fit and makes you feel pretty!!! The only thing that is a little bit of a problem for me is that I have small shoulders and the neckline comes out pretty far so my bra had to sort of be adjusted and I fee like the straps are about to slip off, but other then that it is lovely!!

I love that this lounger is stylish enough to wear in public - I'll be wearing it on vacation when we walk down to the pool/hot tub over my swimsuit. It's soft (after the 1st washing), airy, and non-clingy. I'll also use it at home after work when I want to be comfy. Nice enough to be grilling out on my deck and I won't be embarassed if the neighbors see me!

I haven't washed much but It seems to be well made. A little long but I am only 4'11" so not too bad a fit.Would order more as I like loose fitting as I have gained weight as I got older!
Very pretty, but the top part, unfortunately, fit poorly, as in it didn't lay properly on shoulders and neck because it was cut too wide. Bummer that I have to send it back. I liked it so much I was looking for a way to tailor it in that area, but I can't see how it could be done without it being noticeable, so it has to go back.

This dress is great for plus-sized women; it is so comfortable yet colorful and stylish! Great for tropical vacations or for summertime use.
I suggest you wash on delicate cycle and light dry...Remove and hang immediately to avoid touch-up ironing.

I would have thought the quality would be better. However, I love the style of the dress and will wear it around the house. The square neck is not too useful for a big busted woman who needs to wear a real bra. I think it will do the trick for the house and running errands. I don't like to compromise style for decency.

I thought that this dress would work out good for me because I have a large chest. It doesn't fit my form well, I'm taking it in to get tailored. My other issue is that the neckline hangs almost completely off my shoulders, making it impossible to wear a bra with it. I'm also having that adjusted.
I would buy again if it came in light pink.
