I am 5 ft 9 and all legs, so when something says tall. I am not a firm believer.
I never buy from a catalog. so this is really a first.
I love my jeans, they fit great. everyone loves me in them, lots of complements. will be looking for other colors.
One thing I did not notice is they are a boot cut, I would like them better in a straight cut. but this just gives me a reason to buy a different type of boot.
Purchase a size larger than you need.

I've usually always liked the carpentar jeans. I still do. I just noticed that when they are a different color than the blue, they seem shorter. Length is important to me because I'm a tall woman. I don't like my ankles showing when I'm wearing a pair of pants that are suppose to be talls. These were for work, so, I can live with it. I will still continue to buy tall carpentar pants from this retailer. For the most part they are comfortable and usually long enough.

This carpentar style do feel like real jeans...I wish there were jeans of this quality for Tall large women with much thigh without all the pockets. Just a staight classic jean in many colors that is not made of stretch material.

I would like to wear your blouses IF I could just find a correct fit. Once...a large was huge...a medium too tight, in the arms especially. I don't order any more because I don't want to spend money sending things back. There should be a standardized size--so when you order a large or extra large, for example, you know approximately what size it will be when it comes. Your sizing definitely needs adjusted.

These jeans are a great sytle and long enough but much too big. I thought of keeping them, washing them in hot water and putting them in a hot dryer but I'm not sure they would shrink enough. I guess I am just impossible to fit! I have Rustler by Wrangler carpenter jeans from the 1970s that still fit perfectly. The waist is not huge, the legs are not too tight or too baggy or too short or tapered. All I ask is a new pair like that! I will have to keep looking . . .

I love these jeans because of all the deep pockets and how comfortable they are. I have about 5 pairs because I like them so much. I wish that they came in a Twill type fabric so that I could wear them to work. I like the style of them that much! I would have thought they would be a darker black denim, but that's ok. The pockets would be great for work pants, but I am not allowed to wear denim to work, so I will wait patiently for this style to came in twill, and continue to wear the current denim style when I am off.

I ordered two pair of these jeans. One fit in the waist and was a bit too long. The other pair was significantly smaller in the waist and way too long.
