I purchased this item because I liked the style, patterns, & colors offered. I thought it would be a great shirt to wear to my job anyday, but also on Casual Friday's. I was correct! It is a great shirt for all the reasons listed but it is much larger than I thought. I followed the guidelines for choosing the correct size but because there is so much material to this shirt I would recommend following the sizing guidelines and go down one size, i.e., guidelines put you at a 16, choose a 14. Other than the sizing issue it really is a nice shirt to have on hand.

I love the fact that this shirt is not too tight across the bust. One of the few I've bought in recent years that fits this well, however, very disappointed in the too-snug sleeves. I'm going to try to cut them and re-sew to see if I can loosen them some. I'm not sure buying a larger size is the answer to the sleeve question. Then it would look too big overall.

not all big women are the same size. some of us have skinney legs and arms. so the size we need across the shoulders are to big around the lower part of the arms. same as pants. the size for around the waist, the leg part is huge. wish you made a size for us skinney legged and arm people.

I really love this style blouse and love the plaid fabric with solid turn back sleeves, but the fabric on the plaid material on the blouse I received was a little thin and you could see through it...the solid blouses were thicker. I love this shirt. The fit was perfect. I used your chart and measured and it was a flattering and a perfect fit. I previously had purchased too large sizes and used the chart this time! I cannot wait to receive the green backordered one. I would't have thought it would be easy to mail order clothing but it is easier than shopping with better selections!! I believe that using the provided charts for sizing is the key to a perfect fit when mail order shopping. I read that others had felt the sleeves were too tight, but for me they were perfect.

This garment is pretty much wash and wear, but if you want an extra crisp look, it doesn't hurt to touch up the collar and cuffs with an iron. I can see this will be a 3-season shirt for me! I bought 3!!
