This is a really well made coat for the cost. The lining is part silk, there are inside pockets. Not warm enough for very cold weather but versatile. Dress it up with a pin and silk scarf or down with a knitted scarf

The coat is very pretty and very warm. It's advertised as reveresable but its not. the lining is typical of satin lining. i dont plan on wearing that way but the red wool is so pretty and swings with the A-line. Im very pleased with the purchase.

I bought this in blue, thinking the color wouldnt be right. I was hoping for "first lady" presidential blue. And was happy to see that is was!!! Very nice color - fits well and blocks the wind well. The only thing I would alter might be the collar which the cut or shape of it is a little on the large side - "but do-able" for sure. I notice that with larger clothes sizes the companies frequently go "over board" on the pant leg sizes and shirt collars and make them way too large at times. Not everyone who is heavy has huge legs or neck sizes! However, I feel this coat fits "true to size" and is very nice for dress up. Im 5'2 and it hits right above the knees. I think this is a good buy for the price.

It is perfect for Spring and Summer days, for church, or work. the only thing I do not like is that it collects lint. I have a cat, and I brush, use a tape brush, but by the time I get where I am going cat hairs are gone, but other fibers are there. It doesn't look bad, but I don't like that part about it. I don't have one coat, black, red, or brown that does this! It would be perfect, if only.... So I would recommend the coat, but with a caution added.

I use this coat when our Wisconsin winter goes back into the 30s. We had serious cold and snow this winter so without a pile or thick lining you won't wear this. Well-constructed. Tailored, dressy look but easier-to-wear length. Was surprised by the many interior pockets for papers, phone, passport, etc -- a tailoring extra I did not expect in a coat at a value price. I really like the modified A-line as I am pear-shaped and most coats are cut too straight for comfort. Fabric is tightly woven wool blend with crisp finish and satisfactory hand. I think this coat is a tremendous value. Would like to see a hooded version, I would buy in a different color.

I needed a warm winter coat for day-to-day office use & casual weekend wear. It is hard to find a good fit that is stylish as well. The a-line is flattering. This coat is warm, looks nice, fits well & is not too bulky. The only improvement needed is that the shoulders are a little too broad. I may buy another one in this style.

The buttons are a little hard to button as they are sewn on with a back button. This is a sign of a quality coat and it is not a complaint. I am quite pleased with this item and would recommend it with out reservation.
