I was wanting something lightweight for cool summer evenings or overcast days. The light green makes it perfect for spring and summer. The hood is a nice touch. It is a little roomy but great for over bulkier sweaters as well as tees.

these are the best tee's for me. i like a little length in the sleeve. i am, however, terrified to wash them in hot water and put them in the dryer because if they shrink, they will not fit the way i like them to, which is loose.

It is what it is, a low price piece of clothing. Every time I order out of one of these catalogs, I am disappointed but never take the time to return the items. It will serve it's purpose! However, it is more like a shirt. I expected something along the lines of a windbreaker.

I wanted a trench style coat with a hood, but did not want to pay alot for it. I do not like belts either. I ordered this and really like it. I have recieved many compliments on it too!! it does wrinkle & black attracts lint, and it is not a heavy material.

I love this jacket. However, it is *much* lighter in material than I expected, It is very thin, more for show than for warmth in my opinion. That said, it's darling and perfect if you need just another little layer on a windy day. I wore it with long and short sleeve tee's, but cannot imagine trying to layer it with anything more substantial (it wouldn't be large enough). I bought it for a trip and it folds nice and small, while it does wrinkle popping in a dryer with a damp towel or hanging it in the bathroom with a hot shower running took most of the major wrinkles out.

I feel that the description is misleading. This is not a jacket, but a shirt with a hood that buttons. It can be worn over a tank or knit shirt as a jacket but it will not keep you warm & dry if there is a spring shower - especially in the Pacific NW. I will probably not wear it that often, as it will need to be ironed each time I wear it. I'm very disappointed in the quality of this "jacket"! Not something I am used to from Woman Within/Lane Bryant.

I was expecting the jacket to be made from a heavier cotton. It's more like a hooded button- up cotton blouse than a jacket. Can be used as a cover-up. Made for hot summer days. Not good for fluctuating spring weather.
