I absolutely love this night gown. I only wish there were more colors so I could buy them all. I have a hard time getting a gown that feels the right length, and stays the right length wash after wash. This gown does, and it comes out so soft each time. I should have ordered a larger size probably but if I did I think it would have been too low cut. The fabric in the skirt portion is not cut full enough for me. These nightgowns are very well made and so comfortable to wear you'll never want to wear anything else! I have purchased these gowns in all 3 colors currently offered, and I would consider buying another if they ever added additional colors or prints! The fit is great and I feel the empire waist makes these gowns more stylish and attractive than your average gown. The only tiny complaint I could see anyone ever having with these gowns is that the bottom hem tends to roll up very slightly, but it doesn't bother me at all. These gowns are the perfect length for me (I'm 5'7"). I couldn't even think of a way to make them any better than they already are, they are the perfect gown to lounge around in and for sleeping!

I have always had a prob finding long nightgowns or jammies long enough - usually after 1st washing are mid-calf at best. I don't think this will shrink much at all because of the fabric being knit, but is longer than the average nightgown. Is comfortable though pretty low scoop neck, but is OK.

I'm not using the garment as it was not fitting like I thought it would. Unless the item came marked incorrectly, I usually don't have a problem wearing size 1X. I'm keeping it in case I lose some inches so it fits better; otherwise, I would definately send it back.
