I use it in the evenings after showering especially with gas prices being so high we are conserving energy and this garment is wonderful to keep the chill away. I need to purchase another for a friend of mine.

Always looking for a bargain, I waited too long to order and my size was no longer available. It definitely lived up to my expectations, soft, warm and cuddly. It broke my heart to have to return it because it was too small.

This jacket helps keep you warm without the heaviness and bulkiness of a full-length, heavy robe. Say you're watching TV or reading, you can get in and out of bed without getting your legs tangled up as you would in your longer robe.

I wear this when I sit in bed reading, or while making breakfast in the morning. It's a beautiful shade and quite comfortable! The jacket keeps me quite warm. I only wish the wrists were a tiny bit bigger, but it's fine as is.

The jacket is very soft and comfortable. The only downside is that it "sheds" a lot of lint. I have washed it 3 times and it sheds less each time.

The jacket fits well except for too-long sleeves (OK, I have short arms). I like the raspberry color and the diamond pattern on the bodice.
I don't like the fact that even though it was pre-washed, it pills like crazy. Ya listening, WW?
Please find no-pill, higher-cotton-percentage fabric.

They are so comfortable and warm the first one I got was perfect but the last three I got the sleeves were a little shorter but the last one was even shorter but I had to wait so long to get that color I did not want to exchange I will be carefull washing it.

Perfect for lounging around watching TV with a throw over your lap, or reading in bed when there is a little nip in the air. It's warm and cozy and doesn't get all bunched up under you. Love that it has pockets. Washed well, and even though it did shrink just a little, it didn't effect the comfortable fit. Does shed at first.

This item is very practical for everyday use. Especially for reading or watching tv in bed. Longer robes tend to get caught up under the covers. This does not. It would also come in handy for that unexpected stay in the hospital.

I have always wanted one of these jackets. They are so practical when you vacation or have company to wear over your pajama's or nightgown. They are rather hard to find though. I have only seen them recently on late night movies. I think they are also great for cool mornings or nights and to wear while you read a good book. I wasn't wild about the color though (to 50's emerald green, red, purple, black or winter white would have been better) and I did wish the sleeves had been wider to accomodate thick pajamas. Sometimes a full robe is just to much. To big to carry on a trip and to heavy to wear when you just need a little something to keep away a chill. I will wear it often and enjoy it much! Thank you for making it available.

Bought this for my Mom in a nursing home. Softness and warmth are important, but washability is very important too. Because the raspberry color ran so much in the first wash, I hope it doesn't continue. It also shed a great deal of lint (chenille) the first wash - so I'd recommend pre-washing any of these bed jackets before wearing or giving.

I love the idea of a bed jacket! I don't wear it in bed though, I wear it in place of a robe. I like the fact that bed jackets are short but still discreetly covers the top of you. I haven't really had this one long enough to have any cons against it. But I will tell you that this is the second bed jacket I have bought from Woman Within!

I bought this to replace a very old knit sweater that I wear over my dress around the house, as I am very cold-natured. Being 71 years old, I am not so much into stylish anymore, just comfort. But the bed-jacket does look good enough that I don't mind going outside to get the mail with it on, it really just looks like a short jacket, not a bedroom jacket at all. But the chenille material sheds terribly and clings to your clothes if you pass close to it! I hate that. I think the velveteen jackets would be better, maybe they would not shed.
