I work in a large hospital and the different units I support as Administrative Assistant are located in various areas of the hospital so I do a lot of walking every day. These shoes have just enough heel to look dressy but not too much of a heel that they get uncomfortable after a while.

Shoe seems to run shorter than normal. I wear a true size 10, but this feels more like a 9 1/2. I would recommend that you size up 1/2 size.
