I have had a terrible time purchasing shoes online. this is the first brand i've found that is true to size and comfortable from the moment i put them on my feet. I had no "break in" period for these shoes and wore them a full work day with absolutely no discomfort, right out of the box! I'll continue to purchase the Step Up Comfort brand.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and look good. I wish that they were still going to be available as I tried to order more and they were out of most sizes and most colors. Hopefully they will be back for fall.

i have not worn these shoes since just receiving, however, i did try them on and they are true fitting and i do not believe i will have a problem with them. they look nice and imagine wearing them with dressy pants to office and church. i have been pleased as a first time shopper and look forward to shopping more in the future. thank you.

This shoe is exactly what I was looking for-- I love the look of an ankle strap, but can't stand the spike heels that it usually comes with. This shoe gives me the look, without the pain!
