These panty girdles run a little big. I ordered a large and it didn't do much for me.

I bought this item to wear under my longer blouses and tunics because the bike shorts that I usually buy are loose in the legs. The only thing that I don't like so much is the leg "gripper" under the lace that keeps the material in place (like a wavy glue strip almost), but it's not bad enough that I won't wear the item.

Thankfully This Runs Large....

The first one I ordered I hoped it would fit even though my only prior experience with this brand name was panties that run really big. But when the first pair arrived they fit perfect even if the size was suppose to be much smaller...Alot of stretch to these. If you looking for support and fit within the size limits you may want to look at another name brand.
