THIS SKIRT WAS A BIT LARGE FOR ME, BUT I LIKED ENOUGH THAT I TOOK THE TIME TO TAKE IT IN AND FIX THE ZIPPER ON MY SEWING MACHINE. SEEING AS HOW I PURCHASED IT AT AN UNBELIEVABLY LOW PRICE [$] ITWAS WORTH IT TO ME TO CORRECT THE FLAWS RATHER THAN SEND IT BACK. HAD I PAID THE REGULAR PRICE I WOULD HAVE RETURNED IT FOR A SMALLER SIZE WITH A COMPLETELY SEWN ZIPPER.

The skirt is great. You can dress it up with a sweater or blouse and jacket or you can go causal with it. I love it. It's comfortable and doesn't fit snug in any of the places A-line skirts usually do (through the hips).

Best thing is it's value, inexpensive you can get more then one and be able to not be so worried if you ruin one cause you can replace it reasonable. Denim but doesn't feel too heavy.

The elastic waist is a little bulky, and the elastic makes the "jean" pockets bulky and puckered. It ruins the line of the waist and makes it look bulky under shirts. As far as denim skirts go, it's just OK.
I would definitely buy this again.

I liked the design. With the vertical seaming it is more flattering than the standard denim skirt. I am tall yet found this to be too long for my taste and climate. I will shorten the 3 colors I purchased. I've had a large weight loss and find these clothes to be a nice, stylish and resonable way to replace my wardrobe. I was concerned about the sizing but they are right on with industry's standard measurements. I have not worn them yet so can't attest to their durability.

I ordered this skirt to compliment a specific outfit I had planned to wear to a western-themed event. It appeared to be exactly what I wanted and it was on sale - how great was that? I measured myself and ordered based on the size chart. When it arrived I was disappointed that the black color was not a true black and the mustard yellow contrast stitching gave it a weird cast. I decided I could make the color work but the skirt was several inches too big! I have been sewing garments for over 40 years so I can certainly measure my waist accurately but the skirt was not true to size. It wasn't worth the cost of shipping it back [...]so I donated it to the Salvation Army. If I were to purchase this skirt again I would buy the Blue denim color and would buy 2 sizes smaller.
