This is a very large bag. Just about big enough to put a laptop in. The leather is very soft but has a bit of a peppled texture...not entirely smooth. The handle is fastened to the bag very sturdily and the workmanship seems to be of very good quality. I really like it! The only thing I might add is a purse organizer to the inside cause I hate digging to find things.

I love the look of the purse and the soft leather. There are not enough compartments and things are hard to find in the purse. It also gets water spots from the rain. The leather is really nice.
